The principals at FES have been in the marketing support and logistics business for more than twenty years, during which time we have gained invaluable experience. As a result we now offer turnkey services as well as the astute and proficient management of the fundamental elements within the various processes, thus affording our clients complete peace of mind whilst adding value for them and their customers.
Our marketing support services cover a wide range of functions. These include, but are not limited to, direct customer mailings, online surveys, distribution list compilation and management, high volume order and invoice execution and naturally the post promotion follow up and customer service.
Logistics services include warehousing, break bulk, freight forwarding and a range of other distribution functions. Through incisive and efficient planning and implementation we are able to control the flow and storage of goods from the point of origin to the final user, while constantly managing costs and promoting outstanding customer service. It is through this unique mix that we are able to create a logistical whole which is greater than the sum of its parts.
Our specific experience spans a broad range of clients and industries, the most notable of these being Engen Petroleum and Volkswagen of South Africa. We have managed both national and international promotions, including the distribution of point of sale material and a wide variety of merchandise.
