In South Africa, unless otherwise requested, delivery will be door to door via courier and will take, from receipt of order, 3 working days in metropolitan areas and 4 to 5 working in outlying areas.
Orders containing Moroka Swallows or Canterbury items usually ship within 8 days of receipt.
Freight on orders between R1001 and R3000 will be charged at R125.
Orders over R3000 will be couriered free of charge.
Freight on orders between R1 and R1000 will be charged at R100.
In cases where next day delivery is requested, costs incurred will be charged on to the purchaser.
Terms and Conditions
Returns, refunds and delivery:
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may simply return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. But please make sure that goods are returned in the condition they were received and in the original packaging. We will refund any payments made, except the direct cost of returning the goods, within 30 days.
If a transaction is made and paid for and the product is unavailable, we will contact you immediately and refund payments made, within 30 days of notifying you.
